Before you begin
You must have the necessary permissions to move candidates through stages in the recruitment pipeline.
The candidate must be in the "On Hold" stage to be moved to another stage.
Step 1. Move Candidate Out of Hold using Drag-and-Drop
- In the recruitment pipeline, locate the candidate in the "On Hold" stage.
- Drag and drop the candidate card into the desired stage (e.g., "Interview", "Offers", etc.).
- Fill out the details needed to move the candidate to new stage and click on Save.
- The candidate will be immediately moved out of the "On Hold" stage and into the selected stage.
Step 2. Viewing and Editing Hold Status
- If needed, you can click the three-dot menu next to the candidate’s name in the "On Hold" stage.
- You will have options to View, Add, Edit, or Reject the candidate’s hold status.
- View: Review the candidate’s information and the reason they were put on hold.
- Add: Add additional information or update details about the candidate.
- Edit: Make changes to the hold status or related comments.
- Reject: Remove the hold status entirely, if no longer needed (though this does not move the candidate to another stage).
