Before you begin
- Admins with the required permissions can offboard users.

Step 1. Offboarding a user
- In the My People section, find the user you wish to offboard.
- Click on the Action button (three dots) next to their name.
- Select Offboard User from the menu.
- Follow the prompts to complete the offboarding process. This may include confirming the departure date and providing any necessary details.
Step 2. Moving a user to Leavers
- After the user is offboarded, they will be moved to the Leavers section.
- Their status will remain the same, but they will no longer appear under Active Users.
- The user will now appear in the Leavers section, where you can track their offboarding process.
