Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to manage pay schedules in the Company Money section.
  • Be familiar with your company’s pay cycle and pay schedule setup.

Step 1. View pay schedules

  1. Navigate to the "Company Money" section from your main dashboard.
  2. Click on the "Pay Schedules" tab to view the list of available pay schedules.

Step 2. View users in a pay schedule

  1. Click on the specific pay schedule you want to view.
  2. This will show you the list of users assigned to that pay schedule for the month.

Step 3. Start a pay run

  1. To begin the pay cycle for that month, click on the "Start Pay Run" button.
  2. This will initiate the pay cycle, processing payroll for all users within the selected pay schedule.

Step 4. View activity logs and download user details

  1. After starting the pay run, click on the 3 dots (options menu) next to the pay schedule.
  2. From the dropdown menu, you can:
    • View Activity Logs: See a history of actions taken for that pay schedule.
    • Download User Details: Download the payroll details for all users in that pay schedule, typically as a CSV or PDF file.

1.Can I view multiple pay schedules at once?

No, you can only view one pay schedule at a time. To view another schedule, select it from the list.

2.Can I run the pay cycle for multiple months at once?

No, pay cycles need to be run for each month separately. Select the specific month’s pay schedule to run the pay cycle.


3.What happens after I click "Start Pay Run"?

Once the pay run is started, the system processes payroll for all users in the selected pay schedule, and users are paid according to the set pay details.

4.Can I edit a pay schedule after starting the pay run?


Typically, pay schedules cannot be edited after the pay run has started. If changes are needed, contact your payroll administrator for assistance.
