Before you begin

  • You must be a Super Admin or Admin to access the Payroll Audit Search.
  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to view payroll data.

Step 1. Access Payroll Audit Search

  1. Go to the Payroll section from the main menu.
  2. Click on Audit or Payroll Audit Search.
  3. This will open the search interface where you can begin filtering.

Step 2. Apply filters to refine your search

  1. In the search bar, enter the name of the user whose changes you wish to audit under Changed For.
  2. Choose the source from which the changes were made, such as system updates or manual inputs.
  3. Under Changed By, enter the name of the Super Admin or Admin responsible for the changes.
  4. Select the Date of Change range using the calendar feature.
  5. Once all filters are set, click Apply Filters to display the relevant results.

Only Super Admins and Admins can access and use the Payroll Audit Search feature.
 

2. What details can I see in the audit records?

You can view who made the changes, the source of the change, and the exact nature of the change (e.g., salary adjustments, deductions, etc.).


3.Can I export the data from the audit search?

Yes, you can export the full data by clicking the Download button.
 

 

4.What if I can't see the Payroll Audit Search option?

 If you cannot access the Payroll Audit Search, contact your system administrator to check your permissions.
