Rearrange Dashboard Widgets

Super Admins can drag and drop dashboard widgets to arrange their order. The updated layout is saved automatically and will be applied across all user dashboards, based on their widget permissions.

Before you begin

  • Only Super Admins can rearrange the default dashboard layout for all users.
  • Changes apply to all users but visibility of widgets depends on each user’s permission.

Step 1. Rearrange widgets from live dashboard

    1. Go to the dashboard home page
    2. Hover over any widget to activate drag mode
    3. Click and drag a widget to a new position
    4. Drop the widget where you want it placed
    Changes are saved automatically. Users will see the new layout the next time they load their dashboard.

    1. Who can rearrange the dashboard layout?

    Only Super Admins have access to rearrange the organisation-wide layout.

    2 . Will users see the same layout after I rearrange widgets?

    Yes, the layout will reflect your updated order—but each user will only see the widgets they have permission to view.


     

    3. Do I need to click Save after rearranging widgets?

    No. Changes are saved instantly and automatically as you move the widgets.

    4. Can I move widgets back to the original position?

    Yes, simply drag and drop the widgets to the desired position at any time.
