Company allows superadmin, admin and managers (organiser) to schedule 1:1 meetings directly within the platform. These meetings help maintain regular communication, track progress, and provide feedback efficiently.

Before you begin
- You must be a registered Plumm employee with access to the 1:1 Meetings module.
- Ensure the person you want to meet with is also active in Plumm.
Step 1. Navigate to 1:1 Meetings
- Go to Meetings > 1:1s from your dashboard.
- Click on View 1:1s to see past and upcoming meetings.
Step 2. Schedule a new 1:1
- Click Schedule 1:1 in the top-right corner.
- Select the participant for the meeting.
- Choose a date and time.
- Optionally, add a topic or agenda for the meeting.
- Click Save to send the meeting invite.
Step 3. Manage existing 1:1s
- From Meetings > 1:1s, click on a scheduled meeting to view details.
- You can edit date, time, or agenda if needed.
- Cancel the meeting if it is no longer required.
- All participants will receive notifications for updates or cancellations.

Any employee or manager with access to the 1:1 module can schedule a meeting with another active employee.

Yes, you can set meetings to repeat weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly when creating a 1:1.
3. What if the participant is unavailable?
Plumm will notify you if the chosen time conflicts with their existing meetings. You can select a different time or propose multiple options.
4 .Can I attach notes or documents to a 1:1?
Yes, you can attach files or add notes to provide context or reference material for the meeting.
5 .Will I get reminders for scheduled 1:1s?
Yes, Plumm sends automatic reminders via the platform and email based on your notification settings.
