Before you begin
- Plumm Account: You must be logged into your Plumm account to access the support chat.
- Internet Connection: Ensure you have an active internet connection to use the chat feature.
Step 1. Log in to Your Plumm Account
- Open the Plumm Website or App
- Open your web browser and go to the Plumm website or launch the app.
- Enter Your Credentials
- Log into your Plumm account by entering your username and password.
Step 2. Navigate to the '?' Icon
- After logging in, navigate to the top-left side of the screen where you will find the "?" icon. This is usually positioned near the navigation menu or header.
Step 3. Click on '?' and Open the Help Sidebar
- Once you locate the "?" icon, click on it to open the Help Sidebar.
- In the Help Sidebar, you will see various help options. Select Support Chat from the available options.
Step 4. Start a Conversation in Support Chat
- After selecting Support Chat, the chat window will open on the screen.
- Type your question or describe the issue you're experiencing in the chat window.
- Once you’ve entered your message, click Send or Submit to start the conversation with the support team.
