Team Leave Balance – Manager View (Overview)

Before you begin
- You must be logged in with manager permissions to access the Team Leave Balance tab.
- Ensure you have direct or indirect reportees in the system for the dropdown to function properly.
Step 1.Access the Team Leave Balance Tab
- Log in to your Plumm account.
- Go to the "Time" section in your dashboard.
- Click on the "Team Time Off" page.
- Select the "Team Leave Balance" tab to view leave details for your team.
Step 2.View Leave Data
- Search Bar: Use the search bar to find a specific user by name.
- Dropdown Menu: Use the dropdown menu to toggle between viewing data for direct and indirect reportees. By default, direct reportees are shown.
- For each user listed, you can:
- Click on the user’s name to view more details.
- Use the three-dot menu and select "View Policy" to view the user’s detailed leave policy information.
- The leave data displayed will be based on whether the user’s policy is hour-based or day-based:
- If hour-based, the data will be displayed in hours.
- If day-based, the data will be displayed in days.
- The following details will be visible for each user:
- Policy name
- Current cycle date Range
- System adjustments (Days)
- Admin adjustments (Days)
- Days taken
- Carry Over (Days)
- Total allowance (Days)
- Current balance (Days)
- Next cycle date Range
- Next cycle Days taken
- Next cycle Total allowance (Days)
Step 3.Download Leave Data
- Click on the download icon (usually located at the top of the table near search).
- The leave data for your team will be downloaded in excel format

1.Can I view leave balances for indirect reportees?
Yes, by using the dropdown menu, you can toggle between viewing leave balances for your direct and indirect reportees.
2 .What happens if no direct reportee data is available?
If no direct reportee data is available, the system will automatically display data for your indirect reportees.
3.What information is displayed for each user’s leave?
For each user, you can see details like their leave policy name, current cycle, system and admin adjustments, days taken, carry over, total allowance, and more.
4.Can I download the leave balance data?
Yes, you can download the leave data for your team in Excel format by clicking the download icon.
5.What if a user’s policy is hour-based?
If the user’s leave policy is hour-based, the data will be displayed in hours rather than days.
