Track My Time Off from Quick Actions

Summary

The My Time Off tab gives a quick view of your latest approved leave requests, including policy name, duration, and dates.

Before you begin

 You must have access to the Time Off module. This tab only shows approved requests made by you.

Step 1. Review leave requests

  1. Click the My Time Off tab
  2. Each leave entry displays:
    • Leave policy name
    • Duration (number of days)
    • Requested and approved dates
    • Approval status badge

Step 2. View full leave records

    1. Click View All Time Off to open the My Time Off page
    2. There, you can see past requests, pending approvals, or submit new ones

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

    1. Can I apply for leave from this tab?

    No. This tab only displays approved leave. Use My Time Off to apply for new leave.

    2 . What does the policy name indicate?

    It refers to the specific type of leave you requested (e.g. Standard Annual Leave).


     

    3. Why can’t I see cancelled or declined requests?

    Only recent approved leave appears in this widget. Use the full Time Off module to view all statuses.
