Track Team Time Off from Quick Actions

The Team Time Off tab gives Managers/Admins visibility into recent leave requests from their reportees, including dates, type of leave, and approval status.

Before you begin

 Access to the Time Off module is required, along with team-level permissions to view or manage leave.

Step 1. Review recent team leave

  1. Select the Team Time Off tab
  2. You’ll see a list of:
    • Leave policy type
    • Dates and duration
    • Request and approval date
    • Name of the employee

Step 2. Open complete leave records

    1. Click View All Time Off
    2. This redirects to the Team Time Off module where you can view history, status, and take action

    1. Can I approve or reject leave from here?

    Yes, you can click on the action button to approve or reject the leave.

    2 . What types of leave are shown?

    Standard leave, remote work, or other leave types submitted by reportees.


     

    3. What does the status badge mean?

    It shows whether the leave request is Approved, Pending, or Declined.
