In Plumm, you can delete your own pending expenses. Approved or rejected expenses cannot be removed. This feature helps keep your expense list tidy and up to date.

Before you begin

  • You must have an active Plumm account.
  • You need access to the Expenses module.
  • Only expenses with a "Pending" status can be deleted.

Step 1. Access "My Expense"

  1. Log in to your Plumm account.
  2. Navigate to the 9-dot menu in the top navigation.
  3. Select Money from the options.
  4. Click on My Expenses.

Step 2. Delete a pending expense

  1. Find the pending expense you wish to remove.
  2. Click the Action button (three dots) next to it.
  3. Select Delete from the side popup.
  4. Confirm the deletion in the confirmation popup.
  5. The expense will be permanently removed.

1. Which expenses can I delete?

Only those marked as "Pending". Approved or rejected expenses cannot be deleted.
 

2. What happens after I delete an expense?

It is permanently removed from your expense list and cannot be recovered.


3. Can I recover a deleted expense?

No. Once deleted, the expense is permanently removed.
 

 

4.Why can't I see the delete option?

Check if the expense status is "Pending". The delete option is only available for pending expenses.
