Before you begin

  • You must have access to the Expenses module in your Plumm account.
  • Ensure you have submitted at least one expense for it to appear in the system.

Step 1. Open the Expense Page

  1. Log in to your Plumm account.
  2. Navigate to the "Expenses" section in your dashboard.
  3. Click on "View My Expenses" to access your expense records.

Step 2. View Expense Details

  1. Click on an expense to open the side popup.
  2. In the side popup, you will see the following details:
    • Beneficiary: Name of the user who submitted the expense.
    • Type: Category of expense (e.g., food, travel, etc.).
    • Date: Date the expense is submitted.
    • Total Amount: The total cost of the expense.
    • Tax Amount: The tax applied to the total amount.
    • Total Gross: The total amount, including tax.
    • Approval Pending By: The name of the person who needs to approve the expense.
    • Approval Needed: Minimum of one approver required.
    • Payment Status: Indicates whether the expense is paid or not.

Item Details

  1. Under "Item's," you will see:
    • Amount: Cost of each item listed.
    • Description: A short description of the item.

1.What is the "Approval Pending By" field?

 It shows the name of the person who needs to approve your expense.
 

2. Can I edit my expense after submitting?

No, once submitted, you cannot edit the expense. Contact your approver or HR team if changes are needed.


3.How will I know if my expense is paid?

The payment status will indicate "Paid" or "Not Paid" once your expense is processed.
 

 

4.What if I don’t see my expense in the system?

Ensure you’ve submitted your expense correctly. If the issue persists, contact HR or your admin team for assistance.
