Before you begin
- You need administrative access to the Reports section to view reports.
- Ensure that the report you want to view is already created and available in My Reports or Company Reports.
Step 1: View the Report
- Navigate to Admin > Reports and ensure the My Reports tab is selected.
- Find the report you wish to view in the My Reports section or Company Reports section.
- Click the three dots (ellipsis) next to the report name.
- Select View from the dropdown menu. This will open the report in the View mode.
Step 2: Download the Report as an Excel File
- Once the report is open, locate the Export to Excel button at the top-right corner of the report window.
- Click the Export to Excel button to download the report in an Excel (.xlsx) format.
- The report will be saved to your computer, and you can open it using any spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

1. Can I filter the report before viewing or downloading?
Yes, you can apply filters to the report before viewing or downloading it. Filters may include data options such as Active, Leavers, or specific date ranges.

The report includes the data shown on the view page. In this case, for a Clock In & Clock Out Report, the following fields are displayed:
- Date
- Employee ID
- Employee Name
- Job Title
- Department
- Sub Department
You can choose which records to download (10, 50, 100, 200, 500 records per page).
3. Can I download the report as an Excel file directly from the view screen?
Yes, once you are viewing the report, the Export to Excel option is available at the top right of the report window.
4. Can I view the report data if it's large (e.g., 500+ records)?
Yes, the report will display pagination options, allowing you to navigate through multiple pages. You can also adjust the number of records per page by selecting 10, 50, 100, 200, or 500 items per page.
