Before you begin
- You need to have the necessary permissions to access My Review and Teams Review.
- Scoring must be enabled by the creator for scores to be visible in either the My Review or Teams Review sections.
- If scoring is not enabled, the View Score button will be disabled with a "No Score Available" tooltip.
Step 1. Viewing the Score in My Review
- Navigate to the My Review section in Plumm.
- Locate the review you wish to view.
- If the creator has enabled scoring, the View Score button will be visible next to the review.
- Click on the View Score button to see the score given by others (e.g., managers, peers, or other reviewers).
- The score displayed will be based on the feedback provided by others for the user in My Review, visible only for scale-based questions.

- Navigate to the Teams Review tab in the My Review section.
- Locate the review you have given for another user.
- If scoring is enabled, the View Score button will be visible next to the review.
- Click on the View Score button to see the score based on the review you have given to that user.
- The score will only reflect the scale-based questions that you rated for that user in the review.
