Before you begin

  • You must have an active Plumm account with access to the "My Time Off" module.
  • You can only view requests with the following statuses: Pending, Approved, or Cancelled.

Step 1:  Access the My Time Off page

  1. Log in to your Plumm account.
  2. Navigate to the "Time" section in the main menu.
  3. Click on "My Time Off."

Step 2: Navigate to My Time Off

  1. Log in to your Plumm account.
  2. Go to the "Time" section in the main menu.
  3. Click on "My Time Off."

Step 3: View your leave request

  1. In the "My Time Off" page, locate the list of your leave requests.
  2. Each leave entry will have a three-dot menu (⋮) on the right-hand side.
  3. Click the three-dot menu to reveal additional options.
  4. Select "View" to see the details of your leave request.

1. Which statuses can I view for my leave requests?

  You can view requests with the statuses: Pending, Approved, or Cancelled.

2 . Can I see leave requests for other users?

 No, you can only view your own leave requests.


 

3. What if I can't see my leave request?

Ensure your leave request has been submitted correctly. If you still can't find it, contact HR or your system administrator.
