View Your Time-Off Requests

This guide explains how to view your time-off requests within the Plumm platform. You can view the status of all your requests, including those marked as Pending, Approved, or Cancelled.

Before you begin

  • You must have an active Plumm account with access to the "My Time Off" module.
  • You can only view requests with the following statuses: Pending, Approved, or Cancelled.

Step 1:  Navigate to My Time Off

  1. Log in to your Plumm account. Click on the 9-dot menu at the top-left corner of your dashboard and select Core.
  2. On the left-hand panel, look for the My Time Off menu under the Time section.
  3. Click on My Time Off. You will then be redirected to the My Time Off page.

Step 2. View your leave request


  1. In "My Time Off" page, locate the list of your leave requests.
  2. Each leave entry will have a three-dot menu (⋮) on the right-hand side.
  3. Click the three-dot menu to reveal additional options.
  4. Select "View" to see the details of your leave request.
    • Policy: This shows which leave policy the employee is using.
    • Reason: This shows the reason for the leave.
    • From Date: This is the start date of the leave.
    • To Date: This is the end date of the leave.
    • Duration: This shows how much of the day is being taken off.
    • Requested Hours / Days: The total number of hours or days the employee is applying for.
    • Description: Optional details shared by the employee regarding the leave.
    • Upload Supporting Document: Any document that the employee attaches with the leave request (medical letter, travel document, screenshot or any required proof)

Step 3: View your leave request

  1. In the "My Time Off" page, locate the list of your leave requests.
  2. Each leave entry will have a three-dot menu (⋮) on the right-hand side.
  3. Click the three-dot menu to reveal additional options.
  4. Select "View" to see the details of your leave request.

2 . Can I see leave requests for other users?

No, you can only view your own leave requests.


 

3. What if I can't see my leave request?

Ensure your leave request has been submitted correctly. If you still can't find it, contact HR or your system administrator.
