Before you begin
Ensure you have Manager permissions to view and manage Documents in the User's Profile.
Managers must have the necessary permissions to access the Documents Tab and add documents.
Step 1: Log in and navigate to User's Profile

Log in to Plumm using a valid Manager account or a user account with permission to manage profiles.
- Click on the 9-dot menu at the top left corner of the dashboard.
- Select Core from the menu.
- Under the People section, click on My People.
- Click on the user’s name to open their profile, which will take you to the Team/People Profile section.
- Navigate to the Documents Tab in the User's Profile.
Step 2: Access and Manage Documents
Documents Tab Visibility
- Managers can access the Documents Tab only if they have the correct permissions.
- If you do not have the required permissions, the Documents Tab will not be visible.
Folder Visibility
- In the Documents Tab, Managers can see only the folders assigned to them under Settings → Documents → User Documents.
- Only the folders assigned to the Manager will be visible.
Adding Documents
- Managers can add documents to the Documents Tab.
- Managers cannot edit or delete documents once they have been added.
- If a document needs to be updated or removed, the Manager must contact another Manager with the required permissions.
