Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the required permissions to view and manage Documents in My Profile.
  • Admins must have the necessary permissions to access the Documents Tab and add documents.

 


Step 1. Log in and navigate to My Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using a valid user account (as Admin, Manager, User, or Custom Role).
  2. Go to My Profile.
  3. In My Profile, you will see the Documents Tab.

Step 2. Access and Manage Documents

  1. Documents Tab Visibility:
    • Admins can access the Documents Tab if they have the correct permissions.
    • If they do not have the necessary permissions, they will be unable to see the Documents Tab.
  2. Folder Visibility:
    • In the Documents Tab, Admins can see the folders that have been assigned to them under Settings > Documents > User Documents.
    • Only the folders assigned to the Admin will be visible.
  3. Adding Documents:
    • Admins can add documents to the Documents Tab.
    • Admins cannot edit or delete documents once they have been added.
