Before you begin

  • My Profile is accessible to Admins, Managers, Users, and Custom Roles.
  • Admins and Managers can manage the profiles of users they oversee.
  • Users and Custom Roles can manage their own profile.

Step 1. Log in and navigate to My Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using your valid account (as Admin, Manager, User, or Custom Role).
  2. Go to the My Profile section.
  3. In My Profile, you will see seven main tabs:
    • Personal
    • Work
    • Money
    • Time Off
    • Tasks
    • Goals

Step 2. Access and Manage My Profile

  1. Admins, Managers, Users, and Custom Roles can all view and edit their own profile in My Profile.
  2. Admins have full control over all profiles in the system.
  3. Managers can manage the profiles of users who report to them.
  4. Users and Custom Roles can only manage their own profile.
