Before you begin
- Ensure you have the required permissions to view and manage the details in the Personal Tab.
- The Personal Tab contains various sections, and the ability to edit these sections depends on your role:
- Admins and Managers may have full access to these sections for users they oversee.
- Users and Custom Roles can access and manage only their own profile.
Step 1. Log in and navigate to My Profile
- Log in to Plumm using a valid user account (as Admin, Manager, User, or Custom Role).
- Go to the My Profile section.
- Upon landing on the page, you will see the Personal Tab at the top left corner.
Step 2. Access and Manage Personal Tab
- In the Personal Tab, you will find the following sections:
- Basic Information
- Domestic Details
- Personal Summary
- Emergency Contacts
- Family Member
- Add Dependent:
- The Add Dependent option is only visible when you are adding or editing Domestic Details.
- Admins and Managers with the correct permissions can add, edit, and delete details in these sections.
- Once you add or update the information, click Save to confirm your changes.
