Before you begin

You must have:
  • Access to the Learn Overview module
  • Permission to view course-level reporting

Step 1. Open Course Reports from Learn Overview

  1. Log in to your Plumm account
  2. Click on the Learn → Overview module
  3. Under Reports, click Course Reports

Step 2. Filter and run the report

    1. Choose from the available filters:
      • Groups (optional)
      • Course Type (Plumm Courses, Custom Courses, Training)
      • Categories (e.g., Work, Personal Growth, Addiction)
      • Status (e.g., Published, Draft)
    2. Click the Run button to generate the report

    Step 3. View and interpret the report

      The report displays the following fields:
      • Course Name
      • Group Name (if applicable)
      • Category (topic area)
      • Duration (length of the course)
      • Created On / Created By
      • Published On / Published By

      Step 4. Download the report

      1. Click the download icon (next to the search bar)
      2. Your course report will be saved as an .xlsx file for download

      1. What is shown in the Course Report?

      You’ll see all courses in the selected type or category, along with duration, group, publish status, and creator details.


      2. Can I filter by category or group?

      Yes. Use the dropdowns to refine your report based on Groups, Categories, or Course Types.


      3. What does “Course Type” mean?

      It refers to how the course was created—Plumm Courses (pre-built), Custom Courses (in-house), or Training.


      4.Can I export the Course Report?

      Yes. Use the download button to export the report as an Excel file.
