Access Course – User Reports in Learn

Summary

Course – User Reports let you track individual learner progress for specific courses. You can view assignee details, department, course group, and status, with the option to export the report in .xlsx format.

Before you begin

You must have:
  • Access to the Learn Overview module
  • Reporting permissions to view Learn Overview

Step 1.Go to Course – User Reports

  1. Log in to Plumm
  2. Go to the Overview module
  3. Under Reports, select Course – User Reports

Step 2. Apply filters and run the report

  1. Use the dropdowns to filter by:
    • Course Type (Plumm Courses, Custom Courses, Training)
    • Groups (optional)
    • Categories (e.g., Addiction, Work, Onboarding)
    • Course Status
    • Departments
  2. Click the Run button to generate the report

Step 3. View learner details

    The report will show the following for each course-user pair:
    • Course Name
    • Category
    • Group Name
    • Department
    • Assignee Name and Employee ID
    • Reporting Manager
    • Start Date and Status (if shown)

    Step 4. Download the report

    1. Click the download icon beside the search field
    2. The report will be saved in .xlsx format

    1. What’s the difference between User Reports and Course – User Reports?

    User Reports give an overview of learners across all courses. Course – User Reports focus on each learner’s engagement with specific courses.


    2. Can I check who started or completed a course?

    Yes. If available, the report includes course start dates and statuses for each learner.


    3. Can I see which department or group a learner belongs to?

    Yes, each row shows the department and group (if assigned) for the learner and course.


    4. Is export available?

    Yes, just click the download icon to export the full report.

    5.Why are some fields blank?
     
    Some data (e.g., Start Date or Reporting Manager) may be unavailable if not assigned or tracked within the course setup.
