Before you begin
You’ll need:
- Access to the Learn Overview module
Step 1. Access Group Reports
- Log in to your Plumm account
- Navigate to the Learn → Overview module
- Under Reports, click Group Reports
Step 2. Select group and run the report
- Use the Groups dropdown to select a group (e.g., New Joiners)
- Click the Run button to generate the report
Step 3. Review group performance
The report displays:
- Group Name
- Created On date
- Created By (admin or manager)
- Number of Courses assigned
- Enrolments (number of users assigned)
- Completed (count of users who finished the course)
- Failed (if applicable)
Step 4. Download the report
- Click the download icon next to the search bar
- The report will download as an
.xlsx
file

1. What does the Group Report show?
It summarises performance for each course group, including total enrolments, completions, and failures.2. Can I track completion rates by group?
Yes, you can see how many users completed or failed the assigned courses per group.
3. How do I view reports for different groups?
Just select a different group from the dropdown and click Run again.
4. Can I export group performance data?
Yes, just click the download icon to export the report in Excel format.
5.Why is the Completed column showing zero?
It may indicate no users have yet finished the assigned course(s) in that group.
