Before you begin
To access this report, you must have:
- Access to the Learn Overview module
Step 1. Open Sign-off Reports
- Log in to your Plumm account
- Navigate to the Learn → Overview module
- Under Reports, click Sign-off Reports
Step 2. Select filters and run the report
- Choose a Course from the dropdown
- Optionally, filter by Group
- Click the Run button to generate the report
Step 3. View sign-off data
Each row displays:
- Course Name
- Group Name (if applicable)
- Category
- Trainer Name
- Learner Name
- Learner Signer Date
- Learner Sign-off Method (e.g. Draw)
- (Additional trainer sign-off columns may be visible if available)
Step 4. Download the report
- Click the download icon beside the search bar
- The report will be saved in
.xlsx
format

1. What is a Sign-off Report?
It shows whether a learner and/or trainer has completed and signed off a course, with timestamp and signature method.2. Can I see who signed and when?
Yes, each learner’s sign-off date and method (e.g. Draw) is recorded in the report.
3. Do I need both learner and trainer signatures?
This depends on the course configuration. Some courses require both; others may only require learner sign-off.
4. Can I export sign-off records?
Absolutely. Use the download icon to export the full list to Excel.
5.Why is the sign-off data missing for some users?
The learner may not have completed the sign-off yet. You can remind them or check the course setup.
