Access User Reports in Learn

Summary

User Reports in Plumm Learn allow you to view detailed insights about learners' course activity by department, course type, and employment status. You can also download the data in .xlsx format for further analysis.

Before you begin

You must have:
  • Access to the Learn Overview module
  • The appropriate permission to view training and course analytics

Step 1. Go to the Learn Overview

  1. Log in to your Plumm account
  2. Click the Learn → Overview module
  3. Under Reports, click User Reports

Step 2. Open User Reports

      1. The User Reports screen will open showing filters for:
        • Departments
        • Course Type (Plumm Courses, Custom Courses, Training)
        • Employment Status
      2. Select the relevant filters as needed

      Step 3. Filter and run the report

        1. Choose a Department (e.g., Product Management)
        2. Select a Course Type (e.g., Plumm Courses)
        3. Optionally, select an Employment Status
        4. Click the Run button
        5. The report will display user data including:
          • Name, Job Title, Department
          • Courses Enrolled / Not Started / In Progress / Completed

        Step 4. Download the report

        1. Click the download icon (downward arrow button) beside the search bar
        2. Your report will download as an .xlsx file

        Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

        1. Who can access User Reports?

        Only users with access to the Learn Overview module and relevant permissions can view User Reports.


        2. Can I filter reports by course type?

        Yes, you can choose from Plumm Courses, Custom Courses, or Training in the Course Type filter.


        3. What data is included in the report?

        The report shows user-level details such as employee ID, course progress status, and enrolment counts.


        4.Can I export the report?

         
        Yes, reports can be downloaded in .xlsx format for offline review or sharing.

         

        5.Why don’t I see any results after clicking Run?

        Make sure you’ve selected valid filters (e.g., department and course type). If still empty, the selected combination might not have enrolled users.
