Before you begin
- You must have access to the 1-on-1 Meetings module.
- The Activity Log records all actions related to 1-on-1 meetings (e.g., creation, updates, cancellations).
- You can only view your own activities, or those of your team if you are a manager.
Step 1. Access the Activity Log
- Go to Meetings > 1-on-1s in the Plumm
- Click on the Activity Log section located on the side panel or in the 1-on-1 meeting view.
Step 2. Viewing Activity Details
- The Activity Log displays a list of actions in chronological order, such as:
- 1-on-1 meeting created
- Meeting rescheduled
- Meeting completed or cancelled
- Click on any activity entry to view more details, including:
- Date and time of the action
- User who performed the action
- Description of the activity (e.g., creation of a meeting or a status update).
Step 3. Searching and Filtering Activity Logs
- Use the search bar to find specific activities related to a meeting. You can search by:
- Meeting title
- Organiser or Invitee
- Date
- Use filters to narrow down activities by:

No, the Activity Log is a permanent record for tracking activities. Only admins may have the ability to make certain deletions, but standard users cannot delete logs.
6 .Will I be notified when an activity is recorded in the log?
No, the Activity Log is a passive tracking tool. You will not receive notifications when actions are logged. However, if there is a significant change (e.g., meeting cancellation), participants will be notified.
7 .How do I know if a 1-on-1 has been completed or cancelled?
The Activity Log will show the status of each action. If a meeting is cancelled or marked as completed, it will be reflected in the log.
