Before you begin

  • You must have access to the 1-on-1 Meetings module.
  • The Activity Log records all actions related to 1-on-1 meetings (e.g., creation, updates, cancellations).
  • You can only view your own activities, or those of your team if you are a manager.

Step 1. Access the Activity Log

  1. Go to Meetings > 1-on-1s in the Plumm
  2. Click on the Activity Log section located on the side panel or in the 1-on-1 meeting view.

Step 2.  Viewing Activity Details

  1. The Activity Log displays a list of actions in chronological order, such as:
    • 1-on-1 meeting created
    • Meeting rescheduled
    • Meeting completed or cancelled
  2. Click on any activity entry to view more details, including:
    • Date and time of the action
    • User who performed the action
    • Description of the activity (e.g., creation of a meeting or a status update).

Step 3. Searching and Filtering Activity Logs

  1. Use the search bar to find specific activities related to a meeting. You can search by:
    • Meeting title
    • Organiser or Invitee
    • Date
  2. Use filters to narrow down activities by:
    • Meeting status (e.g., completed, cancelled)
    • User (e.g., actions taken by a specific participant)

1. What types of activities are recorded in the Activity Log?

The Activity Log records actions such as:
    • 1-on-1 meeting creation
    • Rescheduling or cancellation
    • Status changes (e.g., from "Scheduled" to "Completed")
    • Updates to meeting details (e.g., time or participants)
 

2 . Can I see activities of other users in the Activity Log?

 You can view activities related to the 1-on-1 meetings that you are involved in. If you are a manager, you can also see activities for your team.


 

3. How far back does the Activity Log track meetings?

 The Activity Log retains a record of all 1-on-1 activities as long as the meeting exists in the system. There is no time limit for the history shown.
 

 

4 .How do I search for a specific activity in the log?

 Use the search bar to search by keywords, such as the meeting title or participants, or filter by status and user.
 

 

5 .Can I delete an activity from the Activity Log?

No, the Activity Log is a permanent record for tracking activities. Only admins may have the ability to make certain deletions, but standard users cannot delete logs.
 

 

6 .Will I be notified when an activity is recorded in the log?

No, the Activity Log is a passive tracking tool. You will not receive notifications when actions are logged. However, if there is a significant change (e.g., meeting cancellation), participants will be notified.
 

 

7 .How do I know if a 1-on-1 has been completed or cancelled?

The Activity Log will show the status of each action. If a meeting is cancelled or marked as completed, it will be reflected in the log.
