Add 1-on-1 Meeting

 Plumm allows you to create and edit 1-on-1 meetings. This process involves setting up key details, including the cadence, questions, and meeting invitations. The following guide will walk you through each step of editing a 1-on-1 meeting.

Open the Nine-Dot Menu

  1. From your PlummHR dashboard, locate the nine-dot menu (App Switcher) on the left-hand side.
  2. Click on it to expand and view the list of available modules.

Navigate to the Core Tab

  1. In the expanded menu, click on the Core tab.
  2. The Core tab contains modules 1-on-1 meetings.

Access the 1-on-1 Module

  1. Inside the Core tab, locate and click on the 1-on-1 Module.

Step 1. Add 1-on-1 Details

      1. Navigate to the 1-on-1 section: Go to Meetings > 1-on-1s
      2. Click to meeting: create a new meeting
      3. Fill in the meeting details:
        • Template: Choose the template for your meeting (e.g., standard 1-on-1).
        • Cadence: Select the frequency of the meeting, such as Bi-Monthly, Weekly, etc.
        • the cadence is selected is bi-monthly but the start date and end date are same , so it will not schedule bimonthly.
        • Title: Give the meeting a meaningful title (e.g., "Performance Review", "Team Alignment").
        • Start Date and Time: Select the start date and time for the meeting, ensuring it aligns with your schedule.
      If no end date is selected, this recurring meeting will be scheduled for 12 months by default.

      Step 2. Add or Modify Questions

          1. Navigate to the "Questions" tab: Click on the "Questions" tab to customize the questions for the meeting.
          • questions are fetched from Templates you have selected in the previous step.

          1. Add questions:
            • Type a question in the provided field and click Add to include it in your 1-on-1 meeting agenda.
            • Examples of questions might include:
              • "What personal growth goals have you set for yourself this quarter, and how can I support you in achieving them?"
              • "Can you share some feedback on your recent performance and any areas where you feel you could improve?"
              • "How do you see your personal goals aligning with our team’s objectives and the company’s strategic direction?"
            • You can add as many questions as you need.
          2. Modify existing questions: You can edit or remove questions by clicking on the three dots next to each question.

          Step 3.Set Up Meeting Invitation

          1. Navigate to the "Invitation" tab: In this section, you can customize the invitation message and platform for the meeting.
          2. Choose the platform: Select the platform (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.) for the 1-on-1 meeting.
          3. Subject: Add a subject line for the meeting invitation (e.g., "1-on-1 with [Employee Name]").
          4. Message: You can write a personalized message to the invitee, such as:
            • "I hope you are doing well."
            • "I’m writing to confirm our meeting scheduled for [Date] at [Time]. We will be discussing [agenda or topic]."
          5. Meeting Link: If the platform is configured (e.g., Google Meet or Teams), the meeting link will automatically be added.

          Step 4. Review and Send the Meeting

          1. Review the details: Make sure all the information, including date, time, platform, and questions, are correct.
          2. Save or Send:
            • Click Save Draft if you want to save the meeting for later editing.
            • Click Save & Send to send the invitation to the invitee and finalize the meeting setup.

          1. How do I edit an existing 1-on-1 meeting?

          Go to Meetings > 1-on-1s, select the meeting you want to edit, and make changes to the details, questions, or invitation.
           

          2 . Can I change the cadence of a scheduled 1-on-1 meeting?

          Yes, you can edit the cadence (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly) of an existing meeting while editing its details.
           

           

          3.How do I add more questions to a 1-on-1 meeting?

          Go to the Questions tab in the 1-on-1 editing section, type your question, and click Add.
           

           

          4 .Can I change the platform for the meeting after it has been scheduled?

          Yes, you can edit the platform (e.g., Google Meet, Teams) before sending the final invitation.
           

           

          5 .Do participants get notified when I edit the meeting?

          Yes, the invitee will receive an updated notification if you make changes to the meeting after scheduling.
           

           

          6 .Can I cancel a scheduled 1-on-1?

          Yes, you can cancel any scheduled 1-on-1 meeting by selecting the meeting and choosing Cancel.
           

           

          7 .How do I resend the invitation?

          After editing, you can either click Save & Send or Resend Invitation to notify participants about the updated meeting.
