Before you begin
- Ensure you have the required permissions to add Assets to My Profile.
- Admins and Managers with the correct permissions can add Assets for users they manage, while Users and Custom Roles can add or update their own Assets if they have the necessary permissions.
Step 1. View email audit logs
- Navigate to Admin > Audit and select the Email tab.
- In the Audit section, you will see the following columns:
- Module: The module that triggered the email (e.g., Rota, Time off, Attendance etc.)
- Subject: The subject of the email (e.g., "New shift has been assigned", "Shift has been updated").
- Last Event Received: The date and time when the last event related to the email occurred.
- Open: The number of times the email was opened.
- Click: The number of times links within the email were clicked.
- Status: The status of the email (e.g., Delivered, Open, Bounce).
- To filter the data, you can use the filter at the top-right corner to display data for the last 1, 2, or 3 months.
Step 2. Log in and navigate to My Profile
- Log in to Plumm using a valid user account (as Admin, Manager, User, or Custom Role).
- Go to My Profile.
- In My Profile, locate the Assets section.
Step 3. Add Assets
- Admins and Managers with the correct permissions can add Assets in My Profile.
- If you have the required permissions, the option to Add Assets will be visible.
- Click on Add Assets to open the section.
- Fill in the requested information, such as:
- Device Type
- Device Name
- Serial No.
- Issued On
- Returned On
- The mandatory fields for adding Assets include:
- Device Type
- Device Name
- Serial No.
- Once you've added all the required fields, click Save to confirm the details in the Assets section.
Additional Options
- You can add more than one Asset by clicking Add Asset and entering the relevant details for each item.
- If you no longer need an Asset, you can remove it by clicking the Delete button next to the entry.
