Before you begin

  • Ensure you are logged into your Plumm account.
  • You must have access to the candidate's profile and the Message module.
  • You must have permission to send emails

Step 1: Add internal users to CC and BCC

  1. Navigate to the Candidate Overview page for the candidate you want to send an email to.
  2. In the Messages section, click on the New Message button.
  3. In the email composer, find the CC and BCC fields below the To field.
  4. Click on the CC field to search for and select internal users from your organisation.
  5. You can also click on the BCC field to search for internal users to add to the blind carbon copy list.

Step 2:  Add external email addresses to CC and BCC

  1. If you want to add external email addresses, simply click inside the CC or BCC field.
  2. Manually enter the external email address you wish to add. You can add multiple external email addresses by separating them with a comma.
  3. Once added, the email addresses will be visible in the respective fields, and the recipients will receive the email accordingly.
