Before you begin
- Ensure you have Admin permissions to add Documents in the User's Profile.
- Add Document option is only visible to Admins with the correct permissions. If you do not have the required permissions, you will not see this option.
Step 1. Log in and navigate to User's Profile
- Log in to Plumm using a valid Admin account.
- Navigate to the User's Profile section.
- In the Documents section, click on Add Document.
Step 2. Add Document
- In the Documents section, you will see folders that are listed from Settings > Documents > User Documents.
- Admins can add documents to any folder visible in this section.
- Click on the Add Document button. A dialog will appear with two options:
- Drop files here
- Browse
- By clicking on Browse, you can upload files. Plumm allows you to upload the following types of files:
- Word documents
- Excel files
- Image files (JPEG, PNG, etc.)
- Each file can be up to 5MB in size.
- Upload Limitations:
- Admins can upload a maximum of 10 files at a time.
- If you select fewer than 10 files, you can add more by clicking the Add More button.
- If you want to remove all documents added, you can click on the Cancel button, which will remove all selected documents and give you another chance to upload files.
- If you reach the maximum of 10 files and try to upload more, you will receive a warning message that only 10 files are allowed for upload at a time.
- Once you’ve added documents within the allowed limit, you will see the Upload option to confirm the upload.
- After successfully uploading the documents, they will be displayed in the corresponding folder in the Documents section of the user’s profile. You will also see the following details for each uploaded file:
- Uploaded Date
- Uploaded By
