Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the required permissions to add Domestic Details and Dependent Information in My Profile.
  • Admins and Managers may have the permission to add these details for the users they manage, while Users and Custom Roles can only add or update their own Domestic Details and Dependent Information if they have the necessary permissions.

Step 1. Log in and navigate to My Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using a valid account (as Admin, Manager, User, or Custom Role).
  2. Go to the My Profile section.
  3. In the My Profile section, scroll down to the Domestic Details area.

Step 2. Add Domestic Details

  1. Admins and Managers with the correct permissions can add Domestic Details in My Profile.
  2. If you have the necessary permissions, the option to Add Domestic Details will be available.
  3. Click on Add Domestic Details to open the section.
  4. Fill in the requested fields, such as:
    • Address
    • Country
    • Postal Code
    • TimeZone
  5. Once you've filled in the required fields, click Save to add the Domestic Details.

Step 3. Add Dependent Information

  1. In the Domestic Details section, click the three dots on the right-hand side again.
  2. Select Add Dependent to enter dependent information.
  3. The following mandatory fields are required when adding a dependent:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Date of Birth (DOB)
    • Gender
  4. Fill in the required information for the dependent.
  5. After adding the dependent, click Save to confirm the details.
  6. You can add more than one dependent by clicking Add Dependent again and entering the details for additional dependents.
  7. If you no longer need a dependent, you can delete it by clicking the Delete button next to the dependent’s details.
