Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the required permissions to add Training in My Profile.
  • Admins and Managers with the correct permissions can add Training for users they manage, while Users and Custom Roles can add or update their own Training if they have the necessary permissions.

Step 1. Log in and navigate to My Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using a valid user account (as Admin, Manager, User, or Custom Role).
  2. Go to My Profile.
  3. In My Profile, locate the Training section.

Step 2. Add Training

  1. Admins and Managers with the correct permissions can add Training in My Profile.
  2. If you have the required permissions, the option to Add Training will be visible.
  3. Click on Add Training to open the section.
  4. Fill in the requested information, such as:
    • Training Name
    • Status
    • Category
    • Cost
    • Currency
  5. The mandatory fields for adding Training include:
    • Training Name
    • Status
    • Category
    • Completed Date
  6. Once you've added all the required fields, click Save to confirm the details in the Training section.

Additional Options

  • You can add more than one Training by clicking Add Training and entering the relevant details for each training.
  • If you no longer need a Training entry, you can remove it by clicking the Delete button next to the entry.
