Before you begin

To add or create tags, you must have the necessary permissions.
  • Users with the appropriate access can create new tags.
  • If you lack the required rights, please contact your system administrator.

Step 1. Add or search for an existing tag

  1. In the Hiring Pipeline, locate the candidate card you want to tag
  2. Click the Tags icon on the candidate's card
  3. Select Add Tags
  4. A dropdown will appear showing existing tags
  5. Choose the relevant tag(s) by clicking on them

Step 2. Create a new tag

  1. If the required tag is not listed, click in the Search or Create New field
  2. Type the name of your new tag
  3. Press Enter to create and assign the tag to the candidate
  4. The new tag will now appear on the candidate's card and will be available for future use

1.Can I create new tags for candidates?

 Yes, if you have the correct permissions. If you’re unable to create tags, please reach out to your admin.
 

2. How do I view the tags added to a candidate?

 Tags appear directly on the candidate’s card and in the overview section of the Hiring Pipeline.


3.Can I add multiple tags to a candidate?

 Absolutely. You can add as many tags as needed to categorise candidates effectively.
 

 

4.What happens when I add a new tag?

The tag is saved to the master tag list and becomes available for use with other candidates. This also helps you to search the candidates.

5.Can I remove tags from a candidate?

Yes. Simply click on the cross icon shown with the tag to remove it.
