Access and Manage Team/People Profile

Before you begin
- Ensure you have the required permissions to view and manage Team/People Profile.
- Admins can view and manage other users’ profiles in the Team/People Profile section.
Step 1. Log in and navigate to Team/People Profile
- Log in to Plumm using a valid user account.
- Click on the 9-dot menu at the top left corner of your dashboard.
- Select Core from the menu.
- Under the People section, click on My People.
- Click on a user's name, and from there, you can go to the Team/People Profile section.
In the Team Profile, you will see seven main tabs:
- Personal
- Work
- Money
- Time Off
- Tasks
- Goals
On the top right corner of the page, click on the three dots.
Step 2. Manage Team/People Profile
By clicking on the three dots, you will see several options available:
- Export
- Delete
- Permission
- Offboard User
- Download P60
- Send Create Password Email
- Comment
As an admin, you can select any of these options to manage the user’s profile as needed.
You can add, edit, or delete the information in each tab within the user’s profile.

1.Who can view and manage Team/People Profile in Plumm?
Admin users have permission to view and manage the profiles of other users. Other roles may only have
limited access depending on their permissions.
2. What options are available when clicking on the three dots in Team Profile?
When you click on the three dots, you will see the following options:
- Export
- Delete
- Permission
- Offboard User
- Download P60
- Send Create Password Email
- Comment
3.Can I delete a user’s profile?
Yes, admins can delete a user’s profile by selecting the Delete option in the three dots menu. Be cautious
when using this option, as it will permanently remove the profile.
4. Can I send a password creation email to a user?
Yes, the Send Create Password Email option allows you to send a password creation email to the user if
they don’t already have one set up.
