Before you begin
- Ensure you have the necessary permissions to add compensation information to your profile.
- Make sure you have all the required compensation details ready, such as salary, bonus, and commission information.
Step 1: Access the user profile
- Go to your user profile by selecting your name or profile icon in the dashboard.
- Click on the "Money" tab in your profile to manage your financial details.
Step 2: Add compensation information
- In the Compensation Information section, click on the 3 dots (options menu).
- Select "Add" from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the following details:
- Date of the compensation change.
- Basic Salary amount.
- Bonus amount.
- Commission amount.
- Variable compensation (e.g., performance-based).
- ESOPs (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) details.
- Total Compensation (calculated from all the above entries).
- Select the Change Type (e.g., New Hire, Annual Review, Promotion).
- Enter any additional Notes (e.g., reasons for change, performance indicators, etc.)
Step 3: Save the compensation details
- After entering all the required details, click "Save" to add your compensation information.
- The compensation information will be securely saved to your profile.
