Before you begin
- You must be logged in with admin permissions to access and view archived projects.
- Archived projects will only appear in the grid if they have been archived from the Summary page.
Step 1. Access the "Archive" Tab
- Log in to your Plumm account.
- Go to the Project Management page from the dashboard.
- Select the "Archive" tab to view archived projects.
Step 2. View Archived Project Data
- The grid under the "Archive" tab will display all projects that have been archived. If no projects have been archived, the grid will be empty.
- The grid will show the following fields for each archived project:
- Name: The name of the archived project.
- Client: The name of the client associated with the project.
- Billable: Indicates whether the project is billable or non-billable.
- Manager: The name of the project manager who was overseeing the project.
- Type: Displays whether the project was based on cost or hours.
- Assign To: Lists the users who were assigned to the project.
- Start Date: The start date of the project.
- End Date: The end date of the project.
- Estimated Cost: The estimated cost allocated for the project.
- Estimated Hours: The estimated hours allocated for the project.

1.What is the "Archive" tab used for?

3.Can I edit archived projects?
Archived projects are typically considered completed or inactive. Editing may not be allowed unless specifically enabled. You can view archived project details but cannot make direct changes from the Archive tab.
4.What information is displayed for archived projects?
The grid will display details such as the Name, Client, Billable status, Manager, Type, Assigned Users, Start Date, End Date, Estimated Cost, and Estimated Hours.
5.Can I unarchive a project?
Unarchiving a project may require specific permissions or actions depending on your system settings. Check with your admin guidelines if this is necessary.This feature helps admins track completed or inactive projects, ensuring that all project information is properly archived and easily accessible for reference.
