Edit Contract in a User's Profile

 This article explains how to edit a Contract in a user’s profile on Plumm. It covers the permissions required for admins and the mandatory fields to be updated in the Contract section.

Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the required permissions to edit Contract.
  • Only admins with the correct permissions can edit a Contract.

Step 1:Log in and navigate to User's Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using a valid user account.
  2. Click on the 9-dot menu at the top left corner of your dashboard.
  3. Select Core from the menu.
  4. Under the People section, click on My People.
  5. Click on a user's name, and from there, you can go to the Team/People Profile section.
In the Job Information section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.

Step 2. Edit Contract

    Admin users with the correct permissions can edit the Contract.
    • If you have the required permissions, the option to Edit Contract will be visible.
    • If you do not have the necessary permissions, you will only be able to view the information.
    The requested information, such as:
    • Effective Date
    • Employment Contract
    • Employment Type
    • Salary Pay Type
    Will already be filled.
    Click on Edit Contract to update the profile.
     
    Update the mandatory fields, including:
    • Effective Date
    • Employment Contract
    • Employment Type
    • Working Schedule
    • Salary Pay Type
    Once you’ve updated all the necessary fields, click Save to confirm the changes in the Contracts section.
     

    Special Considerations for Dates

    • If you select a future date for the Effective Date, the contract will become active from that date.
    • If you select a past date, the contract will become active from the latest date.

    Additional Options

    • You can edit more than one Contract by clicking Edit Contract for each and updating the relevant details.
    • If you no longer need a contract, you can delete it by clicking the Delete button next to the contract.
