Edit Contract in a User's Profile

Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the required permissions to edit Contract.
  • Only admins with the correct permissions can edit a Contract.

Step 1:Log in and navigate to User's Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using a valid user account.
  2. Navigate to the User's Profile section.
  3. In the Job Information section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.

Step 2.Edit Contract

  1. Admin users with the correct permissions can edit the Contract. If you have the required permissions, the option to Edit Contract will be visible.
  2. The requested information, such as:
    • Effective Date
    • Employment Contract
    • Employment Type
    • Salary Pay Type
    • will already be filled.
  3. Click on Edit Contract to update the profile.
  4. Update the mandatory fields, including:
    • Effective Date
    • Employment Contract
    • Employment Type
    • Working Schedule
    • Salary Pay Type
  5. Once you’ve updated all the necessary fields, click Save to confirm the changes in the Contracts section.

Special Considerations for Dates

  • If you select a future date for the Effective Date, the contract will become active from that date.
  • If you select a past date, the contract will become active from the latest date.

Additional Options

  1. You can edit more than one Contract by clicking Edit Contract and updating the relevant details for each contract.
  2. If you no longer need a contract, you can delete it by clicking the Delete button next to the contract.
