Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the required permissions to edit EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity).
  • Only Admins with the correct permissions can edit EEO.

Step 1: Log in and navigate to User's Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using a valid Admin account.
  2. Navigate to the User's Profile section.
  3. In the EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.


Step 2: Edit EEO

  1. Admin users with the correct permissions can edit EEO. If you have the required permissions, the option to Edit EEO will be visible.
  2. The requested information, such as:
    • Job Category
    • Disability
    • Religion
    • Ethnic Group
    • will already be filled in.
  3. Click on Edit EEO to update the profile.
  4. Update the mandatory fields, including:
    • Job Category
    • Disability
    • Religion
    • Ethnic Group
  5. Once you’ve updated all the required fields, click Save to confirm the changes in the EEO section.

Additional Options

  1. If you no longer want the updated EEO details, you can remove them by clicking the Delete button next to the EEO entry.
