Edit Training in a User's Profile

Before you begin
- Ensure you have the required permissions to edit Training.
- Only Admins with the correct permissions can edit Training.
Step 1: Log in and navigate to User's Profile
- Log in to Plumm using a valid Admin account.
- Click on the 9-dot menu at the top left corner of your dashboard.
- Select Core from the menu.
- Under the People section, click on My People.
- Click on a user's name, and from there, you can go to the Team/People Profile section.
In the Training section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.
Step 2: Edit Training
Admin users with the correct permissions can edit Training.
- If you have the required permissions, the option to Edit Training will be visible.
- If you do not have the necessary permissions, you will only be able to view the information.
The requested information, such as:
- Training Name
- Status
- Category
- Cost
- Currency
Will already be filled in.
Click on Edit Training to update the profile.
Update the mandatory fields, including:
- Training Name
- Status
- Category
- Completed Date
Once you’ve updated all the required fields, click Save to confirm the changes in the Training section.
Additional Options
- You can edit more than one Training by clicking Edit Training and entering the relevant details for each item.
- If you no longer need a Training record, you can remove it by clicking the Delete button next to the entry.
