Summary

Admins can access a detailed Project Summary View within the Project Management Module to monitor the status of all projects, including their total estimations, progress, and remaining balance. By clicking on a project, a deeper view into the project's breakdown and user-specific summaries is available.

Before you begin

  • You must be logged in with admin permissions to access and view project summaries.
  • Ensure that all project data is up-to-date for accurate reporting.

Step 1. Navigate to the "Summary" Tab

  1. In the Summary tab, you will see a grid displaying all your projects.
  2. The grid will contain the following fields for each project:
    • Projects: The name of the project.
    • Total Estimation: The total estimated effort or cost allocated for the project.
    • Progress: A visual representation of the progress made on the project so far (usually in percentage).
    • Balance: The remaining estimation or budget left for the project, showing how much work or cost is left to complete.
  3. Click on a project row in the grid to view more detailed information. When you click a project, you will be able to access:
    • Project Summary View: A more detailed overview of the project's status, including the overall progress and any other key metrics.
    • User-Wise Breakdown Summary: A detailed breakdown of how each user is contributing to the project, including their tasks, time spent, and progress.

 Yes, the Balance field shows the remaining effort or cost to complete the project, indicating how much is left to be done based on the total estimation.

5.What is the "User-Wise Breakdown Summary"?

The User-Wise Breakdown Summary shows individual user contributions to the project. It includes their assigned tasks, time spent, and progress, offering a granular view of the team’s performance.
 

This feature provides admins with an efficient way to track the overall status of multiple projects, monitor progress, and ensure that work is aligned with project goals and timelines.
