Therapist Change Reason Capture

Users requesting a therapist change will now be required to provide a reason for the request.

A predefined list of common reasons is available for selection, while also allowing users to add a custom reason if needed.

This enhancement helps improve transparency, supports better therapist-user matching, and provides organisations with better insights into therapist change requests and trends.
Enhanced Session Booking Flow
The session booking experience has been enhanced with additional scheduling and preference selection steps to improve booking accuracy and availability matching.
During the booking process, users will now:
- Select at least two preferred time slots
- Choose a preferred date range for the session booking
Before confirming the booking, users will also be shown a complete preview of their selected preferences, including:
- Selected date range
- Preferred time slots
This enhancement improves scheduling flexibility, reduces booking conflicts, and provides users with greater clarity before final confirmation.
Mandatory Cancellation Reasons
To improve session tracking and operational visibility, cancellation reasons are now mandatory for both users and therapists.
When cancelling a session:
- Users must provide a reason for cancellation
- Therapists must also provide a cancellation reason if they cancel a session
This enhancement helps improve reporting accuracy, supports operational analysis, and enables better understanding of cancellation patterns and scheduling challenges.
