Enhancements and New Features

We’ve made a series of updates to help you manage your teams more easily and efficiently.
This release brings new features and enhancements across Attendance, Timesheets, Imports, Calendar Management, Time Off, Profile Management, and Pay Rates.

 

Hire: Email Communications

Gmail and Outlook Integration
Admins can now integrate their Gmail or Outlook accounts to send interview emails directly from their own email address, rather than from no-reply@heyplumm.com. This ensures candidates receive communications from a familiar and trusted source.

Manual Email Sending and Reply Tracking
Recruiters can manually send emails to candidates through the application and track any replies in real time. All conversations are visible within the Candidate Overview page and the Messages module, making it easy to stay up to date on ongoing communication.

Personalised System and Recruiter Emails
All system-generated and recruiter-initiated emails are now sent using the integrated email ID. This creates a more personal candidate experience and helps strengthen engagement throughout the hiring process.

CC, BCC, and Attachments
Recruiters can add recipients in CC or BCC fields when sending emails, helping improve collaboration with internal or external contacts. Attachments such as job descriptions and other supporting documents can also be included when communicating with candidates.

Centralised Communication History
All email conversations are automatically stored within the Messages section of the application. Each interaction is tied directly to the candidate's profile, ensuring a complete, secure, and easily accessible communication history.

Attendance and Timesheet
Managers, Admins, and Super Admins can now view their teams’ attendance calendars, making it easier to stay informed about working patterns. They can also access their reportees’ timesheets directly, improving visibility into time tracking and attendance management.

Import
The time off import process has been refined to reduce errors and create a smoother, faster upload experience. In addition, performance and layout improvements have been rolled out across all import modules to ensure a more consistent and reliable process.

Calendar
Admins can now delete multiple calendar events at once, allowing them to manage event schedules more efficiently without needing to remove events individually.

Time Off
Super Admins now have the ability to permanently delete cancelled leave requests, helping to keep records clean and organised. Admins with the right permissions can also cancel leave entries for past dates, offering greater flexibility when managing historical leave records.
Leave allowances are now automatically adjusted based on a team member’s part-time status or Full-Time Equivalent (FTE), helping to maintain accurate entitlements. Admins can also define custom approvers and create multi-level approval workflows to better reflect their team structures and processes.

My People
Managers now have access to a dedicated People tab, giving them a single place to view and manage their reportees' profiles quickly and easily.

Profile Management
Admins can now assign personalised working schedules for team members who have flexible or non-standard shift patterns, making it easier to support a variety of working arrangements.

Pay Rates
Admins can now set different pay rates based on the specific projects a team member is assigned to, providing greater flexibility in how project work is managed and costed.
