Archive a job
Summary
Plumm Hire allows you to archive jobs that are no longer required. Archived jobs are stored as DELETED and appear with the Archived tag in the Jobs section.

Before you begin
To archive a job, you need:
- Hire included in your organisation’s contract.
- View All Jobs permission.
- Archive Job permission.
Important note:
- Open Hire from the 9-dot menu. The control label is Apps.
Opening Jobs
Open the Jobs section:
- Log in to Plumm.
- Open the 9-dot menu. The control label is Apps.
- Under PRODUCT SUITE, select Hire.
- Select Jobs.
Archiving a job
Archive a job from the job card menu:
- Open the required job card menu.
- Select Archive.
The confirmation modal shows:
- Heading:
- Archive Position?
- Message:
- Are you sure you want to archive this position?
Confirm the action:
- Select Confirm.
- Select Cancel to close the modal.
After archiving:
- The confirmation message shows:
- Position archived successfully.
- The job status changes to:
- Archived
- Stored value:
- DELETED
- The job card shows:
- Archived
To find archived jobs:
- Set the Status filter to:
- Archived
Important notes:
- Bulk actions are hidden on the pipeline for Archived jobs.
- Archived cards can show Reactivate when you have Reactivate Job permission.
- The Reactivate option on Archived cards opens the Edit job flow.
- The Reactivate Position? confirmation modal is used for Deactivated jobs.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Can I unarchive a job?
Archived cards can show Reactivate when you have Reactivate Job permission. The available Reactivate action opens the Edit job flow. Confirm the final live behaviour after selecting it. - Is Archive the same as Remove Candidate?
No. Archive applies to the entire job. Remove Candidate removes a candidate from one specific job.
