Attendance Overview widgets for managers

Summary

The Attendance Overview widget on the Team Dashboard offers a visual summary of your team’s daily attendance. It shows how many of your reportees have clocked in and how many are yet to start their day.

Before you begin

  • Only visible to Admins, Managers, and Super Admins with direct reportees
  • Clock-in and attendance must be enabled for your organisation

Step 1. View attendance status

  1. Go to the Team Dashboard
  2. Find the Attendance Overview widget
  3. Review the doughnut chart to see:
    • Percentage of users who are Working
    • Percentage of users Not In Yet
  4. Hover over the chart or legend to view user counts per status

1. Who can see the Attendance Overview widget?

Admins, Managers, or Super Admins with team visibility can see this widget.

2 .What does “Not In Yet” mean?

It refers to users who haven’t clocked in yet for the day based on your organisation’s attendance settings.

 

3. Is the information live?

Yes, the widget updates in real-time with live attendance data.

4. Can I view the list of employees behind each segment?

Not from the widget directly. Click through to the full Attendance or My People module for detailed logs.
