Dashboard: New Widgets and Enhancements
We’ve introduced exciting updates to enhance user experience and customisation of Dashboard:
New Widgets:
- Therapy Session Widget: View upcoming and completed therapy sessions, with a simple option to join directly from the widget.
- Coaching Session Widget: Access upcoming and completed coaching sessions and join directly from the widget.
- Useful Links Widget: Super Admins can now add links for easy access by users, managers, and admins from their dashboards. This widget appears on:
- User Dashboards (for users)
- Team Dashboards (for managers)
- Company Dashboards (for Super Admins)
Enhancement with Time Off Widgets:
- Super Admins can customise the Time Off widget to display specific leave policies. This enables users and managers to view leave balances for individual policies, rather than a cumulative total across all policies.
These updates are designed to make the platform more intuitive, customisable, and efficient. Be sure to explore these new features and make the most of the customisation options!
Hire: New Features for Streamlined Candidate Management
1. Bulk Email for Candidates:
- A new feature allows partners to send emails to multiple candidates at once directly from the Hire pipeline. Users can select several candidates, click "Send Email," and reach out to them all in one go. You can also attach files, including the Job Description (JD), by toggling the "Attach Job Description" button.
- After sending, emails can be tracked in the "Message" tab in the candidate’s overview, as well as in the Message module under both the Job and Candidate profiles for easy reference. This streamlines communication and simplifies outreach to multiple candidates simultaneously.
2. Smart Candidate Filtering Enhancement:
- We’ve upgraded the candidate filter in the Hire pipeline to improve precision and efficiency:
- Customisable Filters: Recruiters can now filter candidates by status and use "Is" and "Is Not" options to refine searches, enabling quicker identification of key stages (e.g., Interview completed, Offer signed).
- Advanced Tagging & Sourcing: Filter by tags and sources to segment candidates based on specific criteria, improving focus and organisation.
- Nested Filters (AND/OR): Apply multiple filters simultaneously with AND/OR options for highly tailored searches, making it easier to narrow down results and find the right candidates.
- Streamlined Experience: These intuitive features reduce time spent searching and make tracking candidates more efficient.
This update delivers a smarter, faster way to manage candidate pipelines, enhancing productivity and streamlining the recruitment process.
Onboarding: Enhanced Experience with Device & App Inclusion
We’ve upgraded the Onboarding process to deliver a smoother and more complete experience:
- Device Inclusion: Users can now register and link their devices directly during onboarding, ensuring quick setup and seamless integration.
- App Inclusion: Applications can be assigned and provisioned right at the onboarding stage, reducing manual setup and helping new users get started faster.
Offboarding: Strengthened Security with Device & App Inclusion
To ensure compliance and data security, the Offboarding workflow has been enhanced:
- Device Management in Offboarding: Devices are automatically flagged for return or deactivation.
- App Management in Offboarding: Apps are revoked automatically, preventing lingering access.
- AD Manager Plus Integration: Offboarding can now be executed through AD Manager Plus, ensuring accounts and permissions are fully deactivated across systems.
Device Management: Centralised Oversight (New Feature)
Admins now have complete visibility and control of organisational devices:
- Device Inventory Dashboard: Track all registered devices in one place.
- Lifecycle Management: Assign, monitor, and decommission devices seamlessly.
- Security & Compliance: Strengthen control with device usage monitoring.
App Management: Smarter Administration (New Feature)
Introducing centralised app management:
- App Assignment & Revocation: Assign apps during onboarding, revoke during offboarding or role changes.
- Usage Insights: Monitor app usage for better license optimisation.
Workforce & Scheduling Enhancements
- Annualised Working Hours: Employees on annualised schedules can now be assigned a fixed minimum pay while logging actual hours. The system keeps track of their balance hours, providing transparency for both employees and managers.
- Rota Notifications: Notifications are now configurable based on rota settings, so teams only get the updates they need.
- Time Off in Slack: Request, approve, or check time off directly within Slack — making absence management more accessible and faster.
Reporting Enhancements
- Change History Report: A new audit-style report allows admins to view historical changes across key modules, improving traceability and accountability.
Mobile: More Power on the Go
We’ve significantly expanded mobile functionality to make workforce management faster, smarter, and fully accessible from anywhere. These updates empower both employees and managers to stay productive without being tied to their desktops:
- Timesheets on Mobile: Employees can now log their working hours directly from their mobile devices, ensuring accurate and timely submissions. This reduces delays in timesheet completion and helps managers approve hours on time.
- Reviews on Mobile: Both managers and employees can initiate, conduct, and complete performance reviews within the mobile app. This makes review cycles more flexible, enabling timely feedback and performance tracking even outside of the office.
- Attendance for Managers: Managers can monitor team attendance in real time, including late arrivals, absences, or early checkouts, all from their mobile dashboard. This ensures workforce oversight is maintained, even when managers are on the move.
- Goals for Managers: Setting, tracking, and updating team or individual goals is now possible on mobile. This allows managers to align employees with company objectives on the go and provide timely updates during check-ins.
- Overtime on Mobile: Employees can submit overtime requests from their mobile devices, and managers can review and approve them instantly. This streamlines overtime management, reducing delays and ensuring compliance with pay policies.
- Money for Managers: Managers can now review and approve financial-related requests, such as reimbursements or allowances, directly on their mobile app. This accelerates approvals and prevents workflow bottlenecks.
- Expenses on Mobile: Employees can capture, upload, and submit expense claims directly through their phones , including receipts , while managers can approve them in real time. This reduces paperwork and speeds up reimbursements.
- Invoices on Mobile: Users can create, send, and track invoices on the go. This feature empowers teams to manage billing processes quickly and efficiently, even when away from their desks.
Payroll & Reporting Enhancements
1. Gross to Net Report Updates
- Statutory amounts are now clearly visible in a dedicated Statutory column for improved transparency and accuracy.
2. Pension Summary Report
- Pension summary report now available in Excel and PDF formats, allowing users to download in their preferred format.
3. Journal Payroll Report Improvements
- Enhanced journal report with options to generate with or without department details.
4. P45 and P60 Reports
- Reports have been refined and improved for clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
5. Pension Enrolment Enhancements
- Improvements made to the pension enrolment process for smoother handling and better user experience.
6. Invoice and Expenses Enhancements
- System updates to ensure better tracking, accuracy, and reporting of invoices and expenses.
7. Payslip Download Option
- Users can now download all employees’ payslips in bulk directly from the reports section.
