Before you begin
- You must have the appropriate permission to add candidates to the system.
- Only PDF and Word file types are supported.
- You can upload up to 10 resumes at once.
Step 1. Upload Resumes
- Navigate to the Candidate stage of the recruitment pipeline.
- Click on the Bulk Upload option in the Action button dropdown.
- A pop-up will appear. Drag and drop the resumes into the designated area or click Browse to select the files from your computer.
- After selecting the files, click Upload to begin the process.
Step 2. Monitor the Upload Progress
- The system will begin analysing the uploaded resumes.
- Once all the resumes are processed, you will receive a confirmation email stating that the upload was successful.
- You can also check the status in the Candidate stage, where the uploaded candidates will appear.
Step 3. Handling Errors in Resumes
- If there is an issue with any of the uploaded resumes, you will be notified with a detailed error message regarding the affected resumes.
- Review the error messages, correct the issues with the resumes, and re-upload the corrected files.
- Once corrected, the resumes will be analysed again, and you will be notified once the upload is successful.
