Plumm allows Superadmin, admin and managers(organiser) to cancel scheduled 1:1 meetings. Cancelling ensures participants are notified and prevents scheduling conflicts, while keeping records accurate.

Before you begin
- You must be a registered Plumm employee with access to the 1:1 Meetings module.
- Only participants of the meeting or managers with appropriate permissions can cancel a 1:1.
Step 1. Access your 1:1 meeting
- Go to Meetings > 1:1s from your dashboard.
- Locate the 1:1 meeting you want to cancel.
- Click on the meeting to open its details.
Step 2. Cancel the meeting
- Click Cancel Meeting.
- Optionally, add a reason or note for cancellation to notify participants.
- Confirm your action by clicking Confirm
Step 3. Confirm cancellation
- Ensure the meeting now shows a Cancelled status.
- All participants will receive notifications of the cancellation.

Yes, you can duplicate the meeting or reschedule it, but the original cancelled entry remains in the log for records.
6 . Does cancelling affect recurring 1:1 meetings?
You can cancel a single occurrence or the entire series, depending on the option you select during cancellation.
