Before you begin
- Anyone with access to Jobs and View Candidate permissions can access candidate evaluations.
- Ensure the candidate's profile has been fully processed in the system.
- Multiple interview rounds will show multiple interview analyses.
Step 1. Accessing Candidate Evaluation
- Go to the Candidate Information page.
- Navigate to the Evaluation tab in the candidate's profile.
- This section will provide a summary of Compatibility Analysis, Screening Analysis, and Interview Scorecards.
Step 2. Viewing Compatibility Analysis
- In the Compatibility Analysis section, you will see an overview of the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, all rated on a scale from 1 to 5.
- The overall Compatibility score will be shown, along with a detailed explanation of how the scores were calculated.
Step 3. Viewing Screening Analysis and Video Recording
- Review the Screening Analysis section to see the ratings of the candidate's responses to interview questions.
- Click on the video recording to watch the candidate's responses. You can adjust the playback speed if needed.
- Review how the candidate answered specific questions and evaluate the overall quality of responses.
Step 4. Reviewing Interview Scorecard
- In the Interview Scorecard, you’ll find scores for different categories like communication skills, leadership potential, and problem-solving.
- You can filter feedback from specific panelists by selecting their names from the drop-down menu in the Interview Scorecard.
