Summary
Career Site allows you to create, customise, and publish public career pages in Plumm.
Use Site builder to edit the page design and sections, then publish the site to make it available publicly.

Before you begin
• Hire must be included in your organisation’s contract.
• Open Hire from the 9-dot menu. The control label is Apps.
• You need Career Site permission to view Career Site in the sidebar.
• Admin and SuperAdmin users can still see Career Site when the package is not Mental Health; L & D.

Opening Career Site
• Log in to Plumm.
• Open the 9-dot menu. The control label is Apps.
• Under PRODUCT SUITE, select Hire.
• Select Career Site.
• The page title will display as Career Site. The inner menu title will display as Hire.
• If the company does not have a Default site, Plumm creates one on the first visit:
• The Default site name is the company name.
• The public URL is /{company-slug}/careers.
• The site is created as Online.

Picking a site
• Career sites appear as tabs.
• The Default site displays a Default tag.
• You can create additional career sites when you have fewer than three active sites.
• The Add New Site option includes:
• New site
• Clone existing site

• New site requirements:
• Site name is required and cannot exceed 100 characters.
• Site URL is required and cannot exceed 500 characters.
• Create saves the new site.
• New additional sites start as Offline.

• Clone existing site:
• Copies an existing career site.

• Site creation messages:
• Site created successfully.
• Site cloned successfully.
• Site limit reached.
• A site with {name} already exists.

• Site deletion:
• The Default site cannot be deleted.
• Additional sites have a delete option.
• Delete Site asks for confirmation before removal.
• Confirming deletion shows Site deleted.

Using the dashboard
• The dashboard displays the site name and public URL.
• Selecting the copy icon displays the message Link copied to clipboard.
• The site status shows as Online or Offline.
• The status dropdown allows you to switch between Online and Offline:
• Site active message appears when a site is made Online.
• Site inactive message appears when a site is made Offline.

• Dashboard options:
• Preview opens the public URL in a new tab.
• Application this week shows the number of applications received during the current week.
• Visitors this week shows the number of visitors during the current week.
• Visitors tooltip displays: This indicates the total visits made by users over a given period.
• Published Jobs shows the number of company jobs with Position Status OPEN.

• Analytics:
• Displays a line chart showing Visitors and Applied data.
• Available filters:
• Last 7 days
• Last 30 days
• Last 3 months
• Last 6 months
• Last 12 months
• Empty chart message displays Nothing to show here yet.

• Additional dashboard features:
• Search Engine Optimisation includes an Edit option.
• Embed Jobs includes a Copy Code option.
• Activity displays recent site actions.
• View All opens the Activity Log.
• Empty activity message displays Nothing to show here yet.

Opening Site builder
• Select Site builder to open the editor in a new tab.
• The builder page title displays as Career Site Builder.
• Use Style to open the Styles sidebar.
• Use Sections to open the Sections sidebar.
• Preview shows the career site preview.
• Back to Editor returns to editing.
• Publish saves the live HTML and CSS, changes the site status to Online, and displays Changes published successfully.
• Save in Styles or Quick Edit displays Template changes saved successfully.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
• What is the Default site URL?
The Default site URL is /{company-slug}/careers. Additional sites use /{company-slug}/careers/{site-url-slug}.

• How many career sites can a company have?
A company can have up to three active career sites, including the Default site.

• Which jobs appear on the public career page?
Open and active jobs for the company appear on the public page. The job list is not filtered to a specific career site.

• What happens if a site is Offline?
The public URL redirects users to Site Unavailable.
