You can easily change your Plumm password from your profile settings. This is useful if you’ve forgotten your password or simply want to update it for security reasons.

Before you begin

 To change your password, you must be logged into your Plumm account.

Step 1. Go to your Profile

  1. Log in to your Plumm account
  2. Navigate to the top right corner of your dashboard
  3. Click on your Profile picture
  4. Select Change password from the available option.

Step 2. Change your password

  1. Enter your current password
  2. Enter your new password
  3. Confirm your new password
  4. Click Change password to save the update

1. What if I forgot my current password?

Use the “Forgot password?” link on the login screen to reset it via email.
 

2. Is there a password strength requirement?

Yes. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of letters and numbers.


3. Can I change my password from the mobile app?

Not yet. This feature is only available on the desktop version.
 

 

4. Will I be logged out from other devices after changing my password?

      Yes. Changing your password logs you out from all other sessions for security reasons.
