Before you begin
- You must be a registered Plumm employee with access to the 1:1 Meetings module.
- Only participants of a 1:1 or the assigned owner of a task can mark it as completed.
Step 1. Access your 1:1 or task
- Go to Meetings > 1:1s or Tasks from your dashboard.
- Locate the meeting or task you want to mark as completed.
- Click to view full details.
Step 2. Mark as completed
- Click Mark Completed or the checkbox next to the task/meeting item.
- Optionally, add notes or comments to summarise completion.
Step 3. Confirm completion
- Ensure the item now shows a Completed status.
- All participants or relevant team members will be notified automatically.
