 Plumm allows Superadmin,admin  and managers (organiser)  to mark 1:1 meetings or associated tasks as completed. This helps track progress, confirm actions, and maintain accurate records of meetings and follow-ups.

Before you begin

  • You must be a registered Plumm employee with access to the 1:1 Meetings module.
  • Only participants of a 1:1 or the assigned owner of a task can mark it as completed.

Step 1. Access your 1:1 or task

  1. Go to Meetings > 1:1s or Tasks from your dashboard.
  2. Locate the meeting or task you want to mark as completed.
  3. Click to view full details.

Step 2.  Mark as completed

  1. Click Mark Completed or the checkbox next to the task/meeting item.
  2. Optionally, add notes or comments to summarise completion.

Step 3. Confirm completion

  1. Ensure the item now shows a Completed status.
  2. All participants or relevant team members will be notified automatically.

1.Who can mark a 1:1 or task as completed?

Only the meeting participant or the assigned task owner can mark it as completed.
 

2 . Will other participants be notified?

 Yes, all participants receive a notification when a 1:1 or task is marked completed.
 

 

3. Can I undo marking as completed?

 Yes, you can change the status back to pending if edits or follow-ups are needed.
 

 

4 .Does marking as completed close the meeting or task?

Marking as completed indicates the meeting occurred or the task is done. The record remains visible for tracking and reporting.
 

 

5 .Can notes be added when marking as completed?

Yes, adding notes is optional but recommended to summarise discussion points, decisions, or outcomes.
 

 

6 .Is the completion status reflected in reporting?

Yes, all completed items are tracked in Plumm reports and dashboards for performance and accountability.
